Sonoma Family Meal’s SABOR Food Truck offers global-inspired cuisine, rooted in the lived experience of our culinary job training students. The food truck grew directly out of SFM’s student-run Sabor pop-up, which operated from the organization’s kitchen and showcased dishes inspired by students’ cultural heritage. The popularity and success of the pop-up sparked the idea to expand Sabor into a mobile operation—creating a sustainable, revenue-generating venture while deepening training and employment opportunities for students and graduates.
Profits from every order support our nonprofit programs, providing tuition-free culinary job training and meals for those experiencing food insecurity.
Where To Find Us
Catch us for lunch at the Petaluma Fairgrounds every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 11 a.m.–2 p.m. We’ll also be popping up at community events and markets across the county.
