Program Manager (Bilingual)
The Program Manager will support the coordination and implementation of all SFM programs, including but not limited to disaster response, meal distributions, and culinary job training programs. The Program Manager will coordinate volunteers to support the meal program, help to coordinate disaster response as needed, and oversee all program coordination of the culinary job training program. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director of Programs, Executive Chef, Executive Director, and Chef Instructor to implement programs that value equity, diversity, and inclusion. Lead Culinary Educator (Bilingual)
The Lead Culinary Educator will serve as the primary instructor for all culinary education programs across Sonoma Family Meal’s two kitchens in Petaluma and Sonoma Valley. This includes our Adult Culinary Job Training Program, Teen Culinary Apprenticeship, Senior Cooking & Nutrition Program, and our Small Food Business Incubator. This role combines culinary expertise, instructional leadership, and a passion for mentorship. The Lead Culinary Educator will design and deliver curriculum, oversee hands-on instruction, ensure alignment across all training programs, and foster an inclusive and supportive environment where students can build both technical skills and confidence.
