What's Available in Our Community Kitchen Rental
Bake station with a mixer & oven
Sauteé station with a stove
Three prep stations (each with table & sink)
Available equipment includes: oven, range, steamer, tilt skillet, mixer, a large blender, and smallwares.
We do not have a fryer or grill.
Five stations are available anytime on weekends, as well as weekdays before 8am or after 6pm.

Servsafe Manager certification
Business license
General liability insurance (min $1,000,000)
Health department approved commissary agreement
Food Corridor account for booking.
Shared Kitchen Rental Pricing
Rates start at $25 per hour and decrease as weekly hours increase. Limited fridge, freezer, and dry storage are available for an additional $10 to $15 per unit per month.
